Introducing Kate

Provisional Psychologist

Hey, I’m Kate, and I am passionate about cultivating meaningful and lasting change in people’s lives through a person-centred approach that sees and values you as a whole person.

As a provisional psychologist, I have over two years of experience working with adults and children in a neuroaffirming practice, as well as completing my student placement at The Waratah Centre in 2025, specifically with adult clients.

My approach to therapy is integrative, relational and humanistic, with orientations in attachment and psychoanalytic theory. My practice also draws from an internal family systems model to support acknowledgment of the multiplicity of our minds and empower moving towards wholeness.

Outside of the therapy room I love spending my time immersed in nature, moving my body through yoga, trail running and surfing, expressing my creativity through wholefoods cooking and exploring my own mind with meditation practice.

I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your journey.
