Jewel joins us from the beautiful shores of Waratah Bay - our namesake!

​

Jewel is part of our Client Care Team at TWC (Practice Content Coordinator), and is a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath holding a (BHSc) Bachelor of Health Science - Naturopathy. She is passionate about helping people understand and reconnect with their own health. Drawing on the foundations of nutritional, herbal and lifestyle medicine, she takes a holistic, root-cause approach — looking beyond symptoms to understand the bigger picture of what's driving dysfunction in the body.

Jewel will work with clients of all ages and all neurotypes, and she has a particular love for supporting those who feel like something is "off" but haven't been able to get answers through conventional pathways alone as well as those with chronic health conditions. She has a special interest in working alongside other health practitioners to provide truly integrative care. And this is why Jewel is perfectly suited to be part of The Waratah Centre’s allied health team!

When she's not in the clinic, Jewel is likely in the surf or cooking up something freshly harvested. She genuinely believes that the path back to health often starts with slowing down, getting outside, connecting with others and paying attention to what the body is asking for.
